Greensboro’s Bright Plastics plans to convert about half of a more than 100,000-square-foot building that it owns on Cessna Drive into production space as it invests $1.5 million in equipment and adds up to 22 jobs.

The company, founded by CEO Steve Bright 26 years ago, specializes in injection molding services and makes parts for a variety of markets including medical, consumer and waste management. It has 130 full-time employees and is led by a management team that includes Kirk Sparks, company president, as well as Joe Vest, vice president of engineering and logistics.
