| Steve Bright |
| President & Founder |
| Steve has served the plastics industry for over 35 years. Prior to starting Bright Plastics, he worked at Rubbermaid for 12 years where he directed Engineering, Computer Systems Development, and Purchasing. He left Rubbermaid in 1987 to start Bright Plastics. Steve has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance, both from Virginia Tech. |

| Kirk Sparks |
| Partner & VP of Sales and Marketing |
| Kirk joined Bright Plastics in 2001. Kirk has over 30 years experience in marketing products for the industrial marketplace. He spent nine years in management with General Electric working in several U.S. locations, as well as countries in Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. Kirk has helped manage three businesses through turnaround situations. He is a graduate of N.C. State with degrees in Business and Economics. |

| Geoff Foster |
| VP of Manufacturing |
Geoff has been associated with Bright since May of 2007. Prior to joining Bright, Geoff worked in Marketing and Supply Chain Management with Syngenta Crop Protection. He has also served as Operations Manager for Becton Dickinson, New Product Program Manager at Nortel Networks, and Product Manager/Engineer at AMP, Inc. Geoff has BS and MS degrees from NCA&T and an MBA from Wake Forest. His education and broad based industry experience provide Bright with extensive knowledge of good manufacturing practices and excellent manufacturing leadership.

| Joe Vest |
| Engineering Manager |
| Joe has been at Bright since 1998. He came to us from TYCO where he was Plant Manager for their A&E Products operation in Forest City, NC. Joe has excellent leadership and management skills, having served in the Army as an artillery officer. A graduate of West Point in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Joe’s leadership, innovation and technical skills are valuable assets at Bright Plastics. |

| Fred Davis |
| Tool Room Manager |
| Fred came to Bright in 2007 when we acquired the assets of his company, Asheboro Mold and Design. Fred has 40+ years of experience as a Journeyman Mold Maker. He has worked for RCA, Western Electric, and Mid-State Plastics. He founded AMD and ran that company for 22 years before coming to Bright. Fred is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of all tools at Bright. Fred has a degree from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering Technology. |

| Tom Shultz |
| CFO |
Tom joined Bright in April 2011. He has worked in financial management in manufacturing companies for nearly 25 years. Most recently, he has been a principal at NextGen CFO. Prior to that, he was CFO at Pharmagraphics in Greensboro. Tom has a BA degree from Michigan and an MBA from South Carolina. |
