Rapid Prototyping offers a cost-effective means of verifying design, technologies and testing of ideas before entering into the manufacturing process. Further, rapid prototyping allows for the minimization of production costs and provides a means of pinpointing opportunities to improve the product.

Bright Plastics contracts with a select number of quality suppliers to provide rapid prototypes for plastic injection-molded parts. We have sources who can do small production runs on simple parts, as well as sources who build prototype tooling that we can use for sampling and production runs. Prototypes may be made for anything from models to fully-functional parts. We can take your concept or idea, and use our 3D design software, Solidworks, to create an electronic model which may then be used to produce a prototype - all in just a few hours.
